"I started in the insurance industry working for my mom at Elite One Insurance Agency, Inc. after dropping out of college where I was planning to become a registered nurse.
I had obtained my CNA license while in High School, through the HOSA program and thought it was what I really wanted to do, but I quickly changed my mind.
As soon as I dropped out of college I was basically forced into insurance by my mom who desperately needed help at her agency at the time and it was meant to be a short-term gig for me until I decided what to do with my life, but as it turns out-this was it.
I love the insurance industry and how it constantly keeps me on my toes.  I'm continuously gaining new knowledge and  now that I own my own agency AND have purchased my mom's book of business so she could retire, I NEVER run out of things to do.  Let's just say, "bored" isn't in my vocabulary.
I can't imagine myself  in any other profession.
This is really what I love doing and I hope to pass this business along to my son one day when I decide to retire as well. "

                            Giving Back to Our Community
These childrens' fire safety educational books and materials, otherwise known as "Operation Edith", were all provided to us by IIANC.
We donated them to the Tabor City Fire Department to distribute to local kids during community events.
